Supplier information

Transglobal Trading LLC buys inventory for resale. This page is for brands, manufacturers, distributors, and importers deciding whether to open a wholesale account with us. It sets out what we buy, how an account is opened, and what documentation we provide.

What we buy

We purchase across four departments, the same four our retail storefront runs on:

  • Tools & Electronics — power tools, batteries and accessories, workshop equipment, consumer electronics, audio hardware
  • Automotive — vehicle accessories, automotive electronics, performance and replacement products
  • Sports & Outdoors — cycling components, outdoor and camping equipment, travel gear
  • Food & Grocery — packaged specialty food and honey, subject to shelf-life, storage, and labeling requirements

We buy inventory outright. We are not a dropshipper, a broker, or a consignment reseller.

How an account opens

  1. You tell us what you carry. Send a line sheet, catalog, or website link through the inquiry form.
  2. We evaluate the fit. We look at demand, landed cost, logistics, availability, and whether the products suit the channels we sell through.
  3. We complete your onboarding paperwork. We return your credit or dealer application with the documents listed below.
  4. We agree the terms in writing. Pricing, minimum order, payment terms, permitted sales channels, and any territory limits — before the first purchase order, not after it.
  5. We place a first order and keep you posted. Reorders follow sell-through.

Documentation we provide

Every item below is ready and can be sent the same day you ask for it:

  • Florida LLC registration
  • EIN confirmation
  • Completed and signed W-9
  • Florida resale certificate
  • Certificate of insurance, naming you as certificate holder on request
  • D-U-N-S number and Dun & Bradstreet business profile
  • Commercial receiving address for inbound shipments — we do not ship to a residential address
  • Trade references, where the relationship allows us to share them

These are shared privately with qualified commercial partners rather than published here. Ask and we will send them directly.

What we ask from you

  • Wholesale pricing and minimum order quantity
  • Written confirmation of which sales channels are permitted for your products
  • Product data and images we are licensed to use in listings
  • Realistic lead times and stock visibility
  • A named contact for purchasing questions

Channel policy

If your brand restricts where or how its products may be resold, tell us before the first order. We would rather decline a product than take one on and breach a policy we did not know about. A restriction stated up front is not a deal-breaker; a surprise one is.
